Return Eligibility

Currently, we operate under a No Return Policy. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.


Return Timeframe

Since returns are not accepted, customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.


Refund Process

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • If the product is out of stock

  • If we are unable to process your order

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 3–7 days to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened perfume bottles

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after delivery
